ruddy i.e. a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.) -- another, + hypocrite, + common sort, low, man (mean, of low degree), person.
put forth
chuwd  (khood)
to tie a knot, i.e. (figuratively) to propound a riddle -- put forth.
